Payment method

We accept paypal, credit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard), Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay & Union Pay

Standard Packing

We will pack all items in box. If there is not in standard, please contact us.

Changing Address for Already-made-order

1. Change or add new address in the member center first.

2. Inform us by email / Inbox after you have changed your address and the order ID.

We will double check the order record to make sure your address of each order is updated. 

VAT / Taxes

VAT/taxes are included in the listed price. However, the customs department may have the right to review the case.

Split Order

1. When the order includes instock item and preorder item which released date of some items delaying more than 30 days, we will ship all the on hand items first. The extra shipping fee will be paid by us.

or

2. If there are enough coming order to support the extra shipping cost even the items all will be released within 30days. We will consider to split the shipping and rearrange the shipping time table.

Shipping

We provide free shipping to Vietnam.

Customer may use the warehouse services via our system (input your address). We provide customer services to assist customer to track all the parcels.

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours on working days (Monday to Friday). We will carefully choose the most suitable shipping method for your order, including options for semi-express and express delivery, with an estimated arrival time of approximately 7-12 days.

The lead time for the first mile (to the destination country) is approximately 7 days. The last mile delivery (handled by the local postal service) depends on the local postal company but will take no more than 5 days.

Customer will receive an email notification once the order has been shipped and we will track the shipments for 30 days after dispatch date.

If there are any issues with the package more than one month after shipping, customers can contact customer service team to report via (email)

Unreported delivery issues after 60 days will be considered as successful delivery.

Track your parcel

Most of the tracking information will be displayed on your order. You can use either https://www.17track.net/ or https://www.track718.us/ to track your package.

For orders that have not received any tracking updates for more than 4 days after being shipped out, please contact customer service team to report via cs@toymodelvietnam.com

We will investigate the issue and prompt the delivery company to provide the necessary updates.

Order Cancel & Refund Policy

For preorder items, the estimated release date (on product page) is provided by the producer, sometime items will be delay more then 3 months.

Buyer may accept delay caused by producer.

However, we accept cash refund if delay over 12 months. 

Beside above situation all products and services cannot be canceled and refunded as cash if there is no any mistake of seller's information. (E.G wrong inventory amount / wrong sku etc.)

After Sales Policy

All shipped products are non-exchangeable.

Products are made with precision. Brute force may lead to a damage or fall of parts. Any breakage during play will not be available for after sales services.

If an item arrives with defects, please keep all packaging materials and the product intact, and contact us at cs@toymodelvietnam.com to arrange for replacement parts. Each case will be carefully reviewed on an individual basis.
